About me and my practice

I am trained in Transactional Analysis, with 5 years extensive experience in working with clients of various ages and diverse presentations. My expertise lies in helping individuals address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship struggles.

I am committed to providing an empathetic, kind, and non-judgmental environment for clients. I understands that seeking therapy can be a difficult step, and I strive to create a safe space where individuals can explore their emotions and concerns without fear of criticism.

My approach is grounded in the principles of Transactional Analysis, allowing me to offer tailored, insightful effective strategies for personal growth and healing.

With experience of working with clients for the past 5 years both online and face to face, working for a low cost charity and in my own online private practice.
